SANCTIONS

In accordance with the regional rules (L.R. n° 29 del 1/09/1997  art.33) users of local public transport services are required to:

– have a suitable and valid travel document,

– keep it for the duration of the route and until the stop, as well as show it at the request of the security staff.

The company personnel assigned to control hold the qualification of “public official” in the exercise of their functions

The penalty can be paid:
– full (in addition to the costs of proceedings) after 60 days;
– reduced to 1/3 (in addition to the costs of the proceedings) within 60 days;
– on board the bus at the hands of the assessing staff.

Travelers who do not have a season ticket and / or identification card with them will incur the penalties indicated. In the event that the user arrives at the company offices within 5 days from the date of ascertaining the violation with their valid and validated subscription, the sanction will be canceled; in this case, the user is required to pay € 10.00 as a reimbursement of administrative costs.

EXTINCTION METHOD

The payment of the fine can be made:

  • by payment to postal current account no. 000014072243 (in the name of Arriva Italia s.r.l) reporting the number of the assessment report in the space called “reason”.
  • At the Aosta office (Strada Pont Suaz, Aosta) open from 9.00 to 12.00 and from 14.00 to 16.00 from Monday to Friday.
  • By bank transfer IBAN IT91D0306909209100000001309 – Intesa San Paolo s.p.a. reporting the number of the assessment report in the space called “reason”

In case of non-payment within the established terms, the Company will proceed with the forced recovery of the credit.

APPEALS

Within 30 days from the date of ascertainment of the violation, defensive writings on plain paper can be presented to be sent to: Area Ticketing / Arriva Italia srl Via Trebazio 1, 20145 Milan, or by certified email to the certified email address arriva@pec.arrivastaging.it with warning that in any case, the terms envisaged for the payment of these minutes are not interrupted or extended.

– on board the bus at the hands of the assessing staff.

Travelers who do not have a season ticket with them will incur the penalties indicated. In the event that the user arrives at the company offices within 7 days from the date of ascertainment of the violation with his valid subscription validated before the date, the sanction will be canceled; in this case the user is required to pay € 16.50 (€ 16.60 from 01/01/2022) as reimbursement of administrative expenses.

EXTINCTION METHOD

The payment of the fine can be made:

  • by payment to postal current account no. 001052902440 (in the name of Arriva Italia s.r.l) reporting the number of the assessment report in the space called “reason”.
  • At the Grugliasco office (via della Repubblica 14, Grugliasco) open from 9.00 to 12.30 and from 15.00 to 17.30 from Monday to Friday.
  • By bank transfer IBAN IT91D0306909209100000001309 – Intesa SanPaolo S.P.A. reporting the number of the assessment report in the space called “reason”
