ICT Specialist

Our ICT Team expands!
We are looking for someone curious, proactive and eager to get involved, without fear of experimenting with new technologies and innovative solutions.

The resource will be included in the ICT Team reporting directly to the ICT Group Manager.

• Manage help desk requests (incident, change and request) received from local users through a specific platform;
• Manage, configure and keep up-to-date company fixed and mobile devices based on the required corporate and group configurations and policies;
• Keep the hardware-software inventory up-to-date;
• Manage corporate telecommunication systems;
• Check and manage the corporate network infrastructure;
• Keep the company knowledge base on ICT procedures up-to-date.

• Diploma;
• Experience of at least 3 years in the function;
• Good knowledge of basic IT (Windows Client / Windows server environments, Microsoft Office applications);
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Server systems: Active directory, print server, dhcp, dns, wsus, to be able to manage elementary operations independently and / or more complex procedures guided by procedures;
• Ability to install, configure, manage and administer fixed and mobile devices;
• At least sufficient knowledge of local networks and their management systems;
• Ability to work in a team and independently;

Good communication and relationship skills.

The following will be considered pluses:

• Computer science degree;
• Degree in computer science;
• Knowledge of one or more relational databases and of the SQL language;
• Knowledge of one or more web / mobile oriented programming languages ​​(for example Angular or Node.js);
• Knowledge of IT systems management methods (ITIL, Cobit);
• Knowledge of IT project management methodologies (Agile, Prince 2);
• Knowledge of data visualization systems.

The resource will be based in Brescia, with possible day trips to Cremona and Bergamo.
